Aamna Shariff is a Bollywood film actress and a TV star. She played lead roles in the film Aloo Chaat and Aao Wish Karein released in year 2009. Later she did a supporting role in Shakal Pe Mat Jana released in the year 2011. Aamna Shariff was also popular on small screens. She played different characters in the TV shows Kahiin To Hoga, Honge Juda Na Hum and Ek Thi Naayka. She was the winner in Star Parivaar Awards for different categories thrice in the years 2004, 2005 and 2006. She also appeared in many video songs such as Kumar Sanu’s song “Dil Ka Alam Mai Kya Bataun Tujhe“, Falguni Pathak’s song “Yeh Kisne Jadoo Kiya” etc.

Aamna Shariff was born in Mumbai and did her schooling in Mumbai itself. She then began her career as a model when she was in college. She was offered modelling contracts by reputed brands such as Close Up tooth paste, Beetel Mobile Phones, Emmami Cosmetic Cream, Nescafe and many others. Aamna Shariff married Amit Kapoor in 2013.
