Hanste Zakhm was directed by Chetan Anand in the year 1973.

The movie stars Navin Nischol, Priya Rajvansh and Balraj Sahni.The songs are given by Madan Mohan. The movie suffers a trivia in real life. The heroin, Priya Rajvansh, became the live-in lover of director Chetan Anand, and was murdered in 1998 by his two sons from a previous marriage, in an effort to acquire the apartment in Bombay he had bequeathed to her.

Though the movie was nice but what happened in real life with Priya and Chetan was not at all good.

Rather we can just bless their souls and appreciate their art.
